Hypersensitivity to senna leaf. Inflammation of the appendix, intestinal obstruction, inflammatory bowel diseases (e.g. Crohn's disease, intestinal ulcers), dehydration of the body and loss of electrolytes (mainly hypokalemia), renal failure, menstrual bleeding, abdominal pain of unknown etiology, children under 12 years of age, pregnancy and breastfeeding period.
