Indication
The drug Dafalgan 500 mg capsule contains paracetamol. It is indicated for pain and/or fever such as headaches, flu-like symptoms, toothache, stiffness, painful menstruation. The presentation is intended for adults and children from 27 kg (from about 8 years old).

How to take Dafalgan 500 mg capsules
Administration mode

Oral route. The capsules should be swallowed with a drink (eg, water, milk, fruit juice). Taking the tablet or capsule is contraindicated in children under 6 years of age, as they may squirm and choke. Use a different form. In addition, if your child has a temperature above 38.5°C, you can increase the effectiveness of drug treatment by: · opening the child · giving him something to drink · do not leave the child in a safe place in an area that is too hot.
Composition of the drug
Active ingredient (per capsule): Paracetamol: 500.00 mg Other ingredients: Magnesium stearate. Composition of capsule No. 0: gelatin, azorubine (E122) and titanium dioxide (E171).

Precautions for use
If pain persists for more than 5 days or fever for more than 3 days, or if there is insufficient effectiveness or any other signs appear, do not continue treatment without consulting a doctor. If you have severe liver or kidney disease, you should consult your doctor before taking paracetamol. Special warnings. In case of overdose or mistakenly taking too high a dose, consult a doctor immediately. This medicine contains paracetamol. Other medicines contain it. Do not combine them so as not to exceed the recommended daily dose (see dosage). Taking the capsule or tablet is contraindicated in children under 6 years of age as they may sway and choke. Contraindications
Do not take DAFALGAN 500 mg capsule in the following cases: – known allergy to paracetamol or other ingredients, – severe liver disease.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
