Storage:

active substance: 1 tablet contains pancreatin 0.24 g, which corresponds to the activity of at least 8000 lipolytic Ph. Eur. U., 5800 amylolytic Ph. Eur. U. and 380 proteolytic Ph. Eur. U.;

excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, crospovidone, sodium chloride, colloidal silicon dioxide, magnesium stearate, methacrylate copolymer dispersion, talc, polyethylene glycol (macrogol), titanium dioxide (E 171), carmoisin (E 122).
Pharmaceutical form. Film-coated tablets, enteric-soluble.

Contraindication.

Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug; acute pancreatitis or chronic pancreatitis in the stage of exacerbation (but episodic exacerbation is possible in the phase of fading exacerbation when expanding the diet in the presence of pancreatic function disorders).
Interaction with other medicinal products and other types of interactions.

Reduces iron absorption (especially with long-term use).
Features of application.

If the patient has unusual abdominal symptoms or a change in the nature of the symptoms of the underlying disease, it is recommended to exclude the possibility of damage to the large intestine, especially in the case when the patient uses a dose of more than 10,000 lipolytic Ph. Eur. U./kg/day.
